The Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) has an information portal that allows for the dissemination of listed company information to the market in real-time, facilitating punctual, equal and wide exchange of relevant news and information. Information made available on X-News include, but not limited to, all Press Announcements, Prospectuses, Pre-listing Statements and Circulars as per the BSE Listings Requirements.

Subscribers to the X-News E-mail Service are afforded the luxury of receiving the latest market news updates within 15 minutes of uploading to the BSE Website and ATS Message Board. All news updates on the service is dispatched to the subscriber’s designated e-mail address assisting investors to make informed financial decisions.
